Order Handwritten Letters From Your AI Assistant

There's a quiet shift happening in how work gets done. A year ago, you opened five browser tabs to get something across the line. Now, more and more property professionals just describe the job to an AI assistant and confirm the result.

We think posting a letter should work the same way.

The one-sentence future

Imagine saying this to your assistant:

"Write to the owners of the twelve sites I shortlisted this morning. Use my usual farming letter, sign it from me, and post them tomorrow."

And that's it. The letters get written — with a real pen, on real paper, sealed in a hand-addressed envelope with a real Australian stamp — and they're in letterboxes days later. No CSV exports. No copy-pasting addresses. No logging into anything.

That's what we're building, and as far as we can tell, no one in Australia has built it for physical mail yet.

What's an MCP connector?

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT securely use outside services as tools. Your assistant can already search the web, read your calendar, and draft your emails. An MCP connector adds "post a genuinely handwritten letter" to that list.

Think of it as giving your assistant a pen, an envelope, and a stamp — with you approving every send before it happens.

Real estate agents:

• "Every client I've ever sold a home to gets a handwritten note on their settlement anniversary — set that up, signed from me, and keep it running."
• "Just sold 10 Marlow Street — send my just-sold letter to the twenty houses either side before the board comes down, and put the new owners on my anniversary list."

Renovators and flippers:

• "The weatherboard on Clancy Street with the sagging gutters — send the owner my 'I buy houses as-is' letter."
• "Set up a three-letter sequence to every owner on Hilltop Rise — intro now, follow-ups at six weeks and three months."

Property developers:

• "The owner just told us 'maybe after the school year' — schedule my check-in note for the first week of December."

Every one of those ends the same way: a real letter, individually penned, in a hand-addressed envelope with a real stamp — indistinguishable from one you wrote at your desk, because functionally it is one.

The part that doesn't change

The pen is still real. The paper is still real. The stamp is still real. Nothing about the letter itself is AI — the assistant just replaces the admin between "I should write to them" and the letter being in the post.

That distinction matters more than it sounds. A printed letter is opened under 5% of the time; a genuine handwritten envelope is opened more than 90% of the time. The assistant does not touch that — it only removes the work in front of it.

You stay in control: every send is confirmed by you before a pen touches paper. Your do-not-mail list is enforced automatically, however the order arrives.

Where it's up to

The connector is in development. We're building it on the same platform that already writes and posts thousands of letters for Australian property professionals — the AI doorway is new; the letters behind it aren't.
